PC Reseller Workbench provides inventory, warehouse workflow and market-intelligence tools for computer refurbishers and resellers. This policy describes the categories of information the service may process and how that information is used.
Information we process
- Account and organization information needed to authenticate users and provide access to the service.
- Inventory and asset information entered, imported or collected by authorized users.
- Operational records such as workflow status, receiving activity and pricing history.
- Marketplace listing information retrieved through authorized third-party APIs, including eBay APIs, for market research and comparable-listing analysis.
- Technical logs used for security, diagnostics and service reliability.
How information is used
Information is used to provide inventory management, workflow, valuation, market-intelligence, reporting and related product features. Marketplace data is used to identify comparable listings and support pricing analysis.
eBay API data
When eBay APIs are enabled, PC Reseller Workbench may retrieve active listing information relevant to inventory configurations selected by a user. The application may store selected listing attributes and market-scan history so users can review how a valuation was produced. Active listing data is treated as asking-price evidence unless the data source explicitly represents another transaction state.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate the application, subject to appropriate safeguards. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and business data. API credentials and secrets should be stored in secure server-side configuration and not in publicly accessible client-side code.
Retention
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support audit history, and satisfy legal or security requirements. Users may request deletion of eligible account or organization data.
Your choices
Users may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting the application owner through the support contact associated with the service.
